Once again, The Little Butcher Shop did an awesome job! We have had Stephen come to our Ranch several times to Butcher steer. This time we asked him to Butcher 2 hogs we purchased at a local ranch. He is punctual, professional and friendly. Our meat always turns out fabulous! Thank you Stephen!

Stephen handled our animal professionally and efficiently at our property. After properly aging our meat, his suggestions for the butchering are exactly what a family of five wants to put on their dinner table to eat with family and friends. Looking forward to a fall harvesting and utilizing The Little Butcher Shop once again.

Stephen, We served the marvelous front pork shoulder you cured as part of our Rose Bowl charcuterie spread. Wow! It was the most amazing ham I’ve ever tasted. Everyone wanted to know where it came from and how it was cured. Thanks so much for making us that little treat!

We have been thoroughly impressed with Stephen’s butchering services.

As someone who raises livestock we were very happy with Stephen. He came out to our land, we were able to make the kill there where the animals were calm and unstressed by transportation.

The processed meat were cleanly cut, packaged, and labeled. We have loved eating this meat.

He takes out all the difficulty you run into with the big butcher shops, Stephen will be our go-to butcher for years to come.
