Notes: Our hams and bacon will be cured with celery juice powder unless you request Prague Powder #1, then hickory smoked. This process adds 10 days to the ham and bacon making process. You will pick up cuts before the ham and bacon are complete.

You will receive Ground Beef (1 to 2 lb packages) vacuum sealed.
You may check any and/or all special cut options for no additional charge however. There are only 2 Skirt Steaks per whole cow, and there are only 2 Flank Steaks per whole cow. For a half-cow there is only 1 skirt steak and 1 flank steak.
* Little Butcher Shop finger steaks are approximately 3" long, ½" wide. They are excellent for a quick meal.
