Stephen was awesome! I had 2 cows for the first time. I used to buy from locals who did their own butchering and meat packaging. He came, took care of them and then turned them into great meat (his Finger Steaks are really great!). He taught me more than any other butcher about the stages he goes through to get me what I needed. Excellent service and education all the way around.

Our hunting group dropped of two bull elk with the Little Butcher Shop. Every step of the process was handled professionally and we could not have been happier with our meat. Professional and friendly service. My kids were very interested in the process, and Stephen taught them step-by-step as he harvested and prepped our pigs. As far as the meat goes: hands down the best ham and bacon I’ve ever had from a butcher. The sausage is the perfect consistency, and the cuts are on point. I love that everything is vacuum sealed and clearly labeled. We’ll definitely be using Little Butcher Shop from now on.

We met Stephen after he was hired to harvest our son’s 4h Market goat and were instantly impressed with his kindness and compassion. We decided to have him harvest our alternate market animal, a lamb. He was punctual, efficient, and considerate. He even took the time to talk us through what he was doing and why!
